Bio

The Handshake Saints are a (hard) working indie rock-n-roll band with a unique sound that straddles roots rock, R&B, punk, and soul. At any given moment, the Saints will deliver a passionate, soulful, and ferociously rocking performance that leaves audiences clamoring for more.

Formed in 2019, the Handshake Saints are a tight-knit band of brothers that includes Aaron Mullins (piano), Roger Norman (drums), Phil Cristofaro (bass) and Josh Masten (guitar).

The original songs, cultivated by a blend of musical influences, bring a decidedly modern twist on a vintage sound. Full of upbeat rhythms, infectious melodies, and engaging lyrics, the music feels rich in rock-n-roll history - The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Otis Redding, Billy Joel, Jack White, Counting Crows, Elvis Costello and Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band to name a few.

The Handshake Saints write, record, and perform their blend of original music in Northwest Arkansas. They released their first single, Hard to Be a Saint, in 2020 and are currently working on their EP, which will be released in early 2021.
